Next, review & accept the Terms of Service.
Verify your email address in your inbox before you can continue to joining an existing company or creating a new company profile.
Please note, the email will come from: firstname.lastname@example.org & may enter your Junk or Spam box. If you do not receive it, please click 'send again'.
Upon completion, you are able to log into the platform
Please read & agree to our Terms of Service.
Before starting your first request you need to assign your account to a company.
Search for the company you want to join, however if your company does not exist in DeepStream please skip to this section.
Select the existing company, update the fields with your role & a message to the company administrators who will approve your profile.
Once you submit your request, you will see the following:
As soon as your profile is verified, you will receive a notification via email & can begin making requests.
Please refresh the page once your verification is complete.
If your company is already registered on the platform, you are all set up to invite team members, suppliers and to build your first request. Our system will link your email address to your company's account.
If your company is not already registered on the platform, you are required to create a new company profile.
You have the ability to choose if your company acts as a buyer, supplier or both!
Complete all the mandatory fields marked with an * and any other information you are able to provide within:
Your personal information,
Profile picture for your company.
After completing company information, please fill in the personal segment & check the box confirming you have authorisation.
If you have been invited via email to join the platform your company will not require verification.
However if you are creating a company without an invite link, you will see the verification notification below:
Once DeepStream have approved your account you will be all set!
If you would like to make any further changes to your profile, you can click 'edit' on any segment of your profile.
You can also build your profile by choosing Products & Services tags which best describe your company's capabilities.
Once your company profile is created you will automatically join the DeepStream Network.
If you want to work with multiple team members (Or other departments) you’ll need to invite team members to the platform.
Note: You need to be an administrator to invite new Team Members.
Administrators are Full User team members with manage users permissions at a company level. There’s no limit to how many administrators you profile can have but this may affect your billing.
To get started inviting new team members head to the navigation bar and click the dropdown arrow on the right. Select manage team.
Click add user and fill in the following information fields:
User's first and last name
Next, set the new user's permissions.

To finish, click add user and they will receive an email notification to sign up through the link in the email.
Any of your suppliers who do not already have an account with DeepStream will need to be invited to sign up (this is completely free & should take 3-5 minutes!)
To invite a supplier you will need the company name & email address.
First ensure you're logged into the platform & select Network in the top bar:
On the right, click send an invite
Supplier information fields will open and request:
First & last name
If their company is already registered with DeepStream, their name will appear in the dropdown menu.
If not, write the full name of the company & click create company at the bottom of the drop down menu.
The supplier can create their company profile when they sign up.
You can invite as many suppliers as you want following the process above.
Once you have added all the suppliers you would like to invite, click continue which will take you to the invitation you can customise before it gets sent to your suppliers.
Review the invitations and then send!
Top Tip: We recommend you send a pre-warning email to suppliers you’re newly adding to the platform. Check out our introductory email for inspiration to make sure you include all the necessary information.
To review who you have sent invites to, please follow the next steps:
Click into Network
Click on the 3 dots next to 'Send an invite'
Click on 'View sent invites'
This will present you with the company invite information
