✏️ Please Note: The email will come from: support@deepstreamtech.com and may enter your Junk or Spam box.

Joining an Existing Company

Before starting your first request, you need to assign your account to a company.

  1. Search for the company you want to join. If your company does not exist in DeepStream, please skip to this section.

  2. Select the existing company, update the fields with your role and a message to the company administrators who will approve your profile.

Once you submit your request, you will see the following:

As soon as your profile is verified, you will receive a notification via email and can begin making requests.

Creating a New Company Profile

If your company is already registered on the platform, you are all set up to invite team members, suppliers, and to build your first request. Our system will link your email address to your company's account.

If your company is not already registered on the platform, you are required to create a new company profile.

You have the ability to choose if your company acts as a buyer, supplier, or both!

  1. Complete all the mandatory fields marked with an * and any other information you can provide within:

    • Company information.

    • Registered information.

    • Your personal information.

    • Profile picture for your company.

  2. After completing company information, please fill in the personal segment and check the box confirming you have authorization.

  3. If you have been invited via email to join the platform, your company will not require verification.

  4. However, if you are creating a company without an invite link, you will see an orange Pending verification notification.

  5. Once DeepStream has approved your account, you will be all set!

  6. If you would like to make any further changes to your profile, you can click 'edit' on any segment of your profile.

  7. You can also build your profile by choosing Products and Services tags that best describe your company's capabilities.

  8. Once your company profile is created, you will automatically join the DeepStream Network.

How to Invite Team Members to Work with You

If you want to work with multiple team members (or other departments), you'll need to invite team members to the platform.

✏️ Please Note: You need to have manage team permissions to invite new Team Members.

Anyone with Manage Team permissions can invite team members. All Super users have this ability, for Full users, this is changeable. There’s no limit to how many users with manage team permissions your profile can have, but this may affect your billing.

  1. To get started inviting new team members, head to the navigation bar and click the dropdown arrow on the right. Select manage team.

  2. Click add user and fill in the following information fields:

    • Email address

  3. Next, set the new user's permissions.

  4. Click through the tabs: General > Requests > Contracts > Reporting and set your desired permissions for all.

    1. To find out more about the different user types and permissions, click here.

  5. To finish, click Add user, and they will receive an email notification to sign up through the link in the email.

How to Invite Suppliers to DeepStream

Any of your suppliers who do not already have an account with DeepStream will need to be invited to sign up (this is completely free and should take 3-5 minutes!) To invite a supplier, you will need the company name and email address.

  1. First, ensure you're logged into the platform and select Network in the top bar.

  2. On the right, click Send an invite.

Supplier information fields will open and ask for:

  • Email address

  • First and last name

  • Company name

  1. If their company is already registered with DeepStream, their name will appear in the dropdown menu.

  2. If not, write the full name of the company and click create company at the bottom of the drop-down menu.

  3. The supplier can create their company profile when they sign up.

  4. You can invite as many suppliers as you want following the process above.

  5. Once you have added all the suppliers you would like to invite, click continue, which will take you to the invitation you can customise before it gets sent to your suppliers.

  6. Review the invitations and then send!

Top Tip: We recommend you send a pre-warning email to suppliers you’re newly adding to the platform. Check out our introductory email for inspiration to make sure you include all the necessary information.

How to See Which Suppliers You Have Invited

To review who you have sent invites to, please follow the next steps:

  1. Click into Network.

  2. Click on the three dots next to Send an invite.

  3. Click on View sent invites.

This will present you with the company invite information.
