📂 Archiving Questionnaires
You now have more control over your questionnaire library with the ability to archive outdated templates:
Remove Outdated Questionnaires: Users can archive old questionnaire templates to prevent them from being issued to suppliers.
Effects on Sent Questionnaires:
Once archived, all questionnaires using the template will be marked as “Obsolete.”
No further comments, actions, or responses will be allowed.
Reminders for these questionnaires will be paused.
Restore Functionality: Archived templates can be restored, which will:
Revert related questionnaires back to their original state from “Obsolete.”
Resume paused reminders.
Potentially trigger notification emails, especially where content has expired.
🏢 Internal Network Filter
Buyers now have more focused control over their network view:
Filter for Interactions: Users can filter their “Network” view to only display companies they’ve interacted with, cutting through the noise of the entire DeepStream network.
🔔 Marketplace Integration: Teams Notifications
New ways to stay connected with real-time updates:
Microsoft Teams Integration: DeepStream notifications can now be sent directly to your company’s Teams Workspace.
Feature Flag Control: This integration is controlled by a feature flag and can be enabled on a per-company basis, ensuring flexibility.
Stay Informed: Receive and act on important updates faster than ever through Teams.
🌟 Small Improvements
We’ve also made a few small but powerful tweaks to improve functionality:
[Contracts] Supplier-Specified Currency: Contracts now support line items in a currency specified by the supplier.
[Pre-qualification] Background Downloads: Bulk downloads of questionnaire files (sent to multiple suppliers) will now run in the background. Users will receive a notification once the download is ready, allowing them to continue working without disruption.
🐞 Bug Fixes
We’ve addressed several issues to ensure smoother operations:
Scroll Position Fix: Corrected an issue where the page scroll position wasn’t properly maintained when navigating between different platform pages.
Cost Formula Fix: Resolved an issue where line item total cost formulas were miscalculated if they began with a space character.
Currency Support Fix: Fixed issues related to supplier-specified line items currency, which previously blocked page approvals and contract negotiations.
Email Localization Fix: Automated emails sent by Customer Success team members will now always be in English to avoid confusion, as support is not offered in other languages.
