Buyers can now upload their own files and optionally allow suppliers to upload files during clarifications. This added flexibility enhances communication and ensures that all necessary documents are easily accessible.

💲 Pre-Qual “Price” Question Type
We've introduced a new "price" question type in the pre-qualification process:

  • Consistent Formatting: This feature enables consistently-formatted price responses across all questionnaires, ensuring uniformity and accuracy.

🗂️ Archive Pre-Qual Questions
We've improved how you manage your pre-qualification questions:

  • Question Archiving: Buyers can now archive outdated questions from the library, preventing them from being sent to suppliers and keeping your questionnaires current and relevant.

📝 Add Comments to Clarifications CSV
We've expanded the information available in your clarifications CSV:

  • New Comment Field: The CSV now includes a field displaying all comments posted, along with bulletin references, for better tracking and transparency.

🚫 Pre-Qual Questionnaire Rejection Rationale
We've added a new feature for rejecting questionnaires:

  • Rejection Rationale: Buyers can now provide a reason when rejecting a supplier’s questionnaire, offering clear feedback and improving supplier interactions.

🔑 Manage Pre-Qual Permissions During Send Flow
We've enhanced how you control permissions during the pre-qualification process:

  • Permission Management: Buyers can now manage team member permissions when sending a questionnaire, allowing for greater flexibility and control.

🔧 Small but Powerful Improvements
We've also made several minor updates to improve overall platform performance:

  • General

    • Fixed regression that causes the page to scroll to the top when a user opens a grid menu or dropdown cell

  • Contracts

    • Automatically focus the page name text box in the modal when creating a new page

  • Pre-qualification

    • Extend document question type to include question whether or not the supplier can provide the document

    • Extend yes/no question type to allow requesting supporting information

    • Add a new option to the dropdown in the active questionnaire library so that users can trigger the sending of a questionnaire
