This week we are releasing functionality to improve how you can manage your pre-qualification questionnaire date. We've not only added a new audit trail BUT you'll now be able to download your suppliers' responses to your questionnaires individually and in bulk!

👯 Add Suppliers to Request Templates
We've introduced a new feature to enhance request templates:
New "Suppliers" Tab: Optionally add companies to request templates.
Flexible Addition Methods: Add companies via search, lists, invites, and pre-qualification.
Company-Only Addition: Only companies (not individual users) can be added, accommodating changes in membership and permissions over time.
Automatic User Addition: When creating a request from a template with suppliers, all users with permission to receive requests will be included.
User View Popup: View current users at a company with request permissions via a popup.
⏬ Download Supplier qualification Responses
We've added new functionality for downloading supplier responses:
Individual Supplier Downloads: Buyers can download responses at the individual supplier and questionnaire level.
Downloads as a ZIP file.
Contains an Excel file with all responses.
Includes any documents attached to the response.
Bulk Downloads: Buyers can download all supplier responses to a single questionnaire.
Downloads as a ZIP file.
Contains individual folders for each supplier.
Each folder includes an Excel file with responses and any uploaded documents.
🔍 Pre-Qualification Audit Trail
We've introduced an online audit trail for sent questionnaires:
Audit Trail: View the audit trail for sent questionnaires directly in the UI.
Future Download Option: Download functionality will be available in release 149.

⬆️ Document Upload for Instructions to Complete
Buyers now have enhanced flexibility in the instructions to complete section:
Document Upload: Option to upload a document to the instructions to complete.
Optional Feature: Can be used alone or alongside the free text.
Easily provide comprehensive instructions with the new document upload feature!
🌷 Small yet powerful improvements
We've addressed several bugs and made small improvements:
Public Company Profile Link: Fixed to ensure it works correctly.
Supplier-Added Exchanges: Fixed to prevent disappearing exchanges when suppliers enter a new stage.
Stage Ordering: Fixed unexpected behavior around stage ordering for requests and templates in certain scenarios.
Supplier Redirection: Fixed to redirect suppliers to “My bid” after submitting their intention to bid.
Updated Favicon: App favicon has been updated.
Question Library UI: Updated the question library UI in Pre-qual.
These updates enhance functionality and user experience across the platform.
