✏️ E-signature
We are excited to announce the launch of our new e-signature feature within the Contracts Hub. This enhancement is designed to streamline your contract signing process, making it faster and more compliant.
You can now sign contracts using our integrated e-signature solution. This ensures a more efficient and seamless signing experience.
Our e-signature feature is fully compliant with US courts and eIDAS regulations, providing you with the highest level of legal assurances

✅ NEW Yes/No question type
We are pleased to introduce a new "Yes/No" question type for pre-qualification, designed to simplify and enhance your questionnaires.
Simple Single-Select Question: This question type comes with pre-configured options of "Yes" or "No", making it quick and easy to use.
Additional Option for Suppliers: Buyers have the flexibility to add an "Other" option, allowing suppliers to indicate something different if necessary.
Configurable Supporting Information: Buyers can set up this question type so that if the supplier's answer is "Yes", they are required to provide supporting information. This can include an optional document upload and/or a comment.
✅ NEW Grid question type
Our new grid question type will allow you to create bespoke question grids allow you to ask more complex questions within the pre-qualification hub.
Efficient Data Collection: Set questions for suppliers in a grid format, enabling data collection across multiple rows and columns simultaneously. Ideal for scenarios requiring repeated information over several years.
Customizable Columns: Add any number of columns with formats such as "text," "price," "number," "date," and "percentage."
Flexible Row Requirements: Specify a minimum and maximum number of rows suppliers must provide in their responses.
User-Friendly Interface: Suppliers will answer in a grid format within the exchange popup, with options for an expanded view and adjustable row height for better usability.

Make your contracting processes even more efficient when running repeat contracting processes and set best practices for your team with pre-built templates from them to choose from.
Templates Tab: Easily add and manage contract templates from the new sidebar tab.
Configurable Fields: Templates can include any non-date-specific fields, with configurable and savable options. Set milestones and reminders with relative timing.
Efficient Contract Creation: Quickly create new contracts using templated information and configurations, streamlining your workflow.
Permission Control: Only users with "Create contract" permissions can create and edit templates, ensuring control and security.
