What is the Requests Table?

The Requests Table provides a convenient way to view all your requests in a tabular format, offering a quick overview of each request. This feature allows buyers to easily check the status of their requests at a glance.

Request Status Section

On the left hand side there is a panel with five statuses for your requests: Sent, Received (suppliers only), Public, Drafts and Templates. By clicking on each of these it will take you to a specific request table based on the status of your requests.

The overview will differ based on the status of the Request you’re viewing.

  • Sent requests overview will show information on: Status; Reference number; Current Deadline (if the request is active); Your role; Owner; and who the request was issued by.

  • Received requests overview will show information on: Bid status; From; Your role; Issued; and the Current deadline (only supplier’s will see current deadline).

  • Draft requests overview will show information on: Status; Reference number; Your role; Owner; Issued by; Created and Suppliers

  • Request Templates overview will show information on: Creator; Date created; and Date last updated.

Tags Section

Below the Request Status section is the Tags section. This is where users can create and manage their tags, often a tag will be related to a specific category, location or product. This enables easy management of requests. By clicking the + New Tag button a window will appear asking you to name the Tag and select where you want the tag to sit in the section by selecting the Nest tag under dropdown.

✏️ Please Note: Tags can be seen and used by everyone at your company.
