Only 4 more Mondays until Christmas - so we can say the festive season has well and begun and we're beginning it by gifting you Release 133.

Not only have we released phase 2 of our public request development but added in configurable date formats for CSV imports. Check out all the details below.👇👇👇

🌐 Public Requests - Phase 2 Enhancements

  • Suppliers can now submit only one intention to bid per public request, ensuring clarity and efficiency.

  • Buyers gain a new "Visibility" panel for live requests, displaying suppliers expressing an "Intention to bid."

    • Buyers can selectively add or dismiss suppliers based on their intention to bid.

  • Audit Trail Enhancements

    • Renamed "Request issued" event to "Request issued to supplier" to accurately reflect the event's nature.

      • An attribute Public intention to bid has been added to the event to show if the supplier had a public intention to bid or not.

    • Introduced new events:

      • "Draft request issued" logging the transition from draft to "Live" status.

      • "Public request intention to bid submitted" has been added which records when a intention to bid has been submitted against a public request

📅 Configurable Date Formats for CSV Imports

  • Users can now configure date formats during CSV imports into line items tables.

  • Customizable date formats ensure accurate and error-free date imports, aligning with CSV formatting.

💪 Small but powerful improvements

  • Resolved issue causing failures in legacy contract bulk uploads.

  • Fix to allow comments submitted alongside exchange actions to flow over multiple lines.

  • Fix to ensure accurate update of exchange statuses, even when using the "auto-advance" feature.

  • Fix to ensure that requests opened from the dashboard navigate to the correct tab - specifically for suppliers that the “My bid” tab opens when it is present.
