Getting Started as a Supplier

Learn how to set up your account & company profile before responding to requests

This article will cover:

Ways to create a new user account:

  1. Email invite: click the link in your inbox if you have received one

  2. DeepStream homepage: Login > Create Account

Complete the fields with your email address & password.

Verify your email address in your inbox before you can continue to joining an existing company or creating a new company profile.

Please note, the email will come from: & may enter your Junk or Spam box. If you do not receive it, please click 'send again'.

Upon completion, you are able to log into the platform

Please select your language of choice:

Next, review & accept the Terms of Service.

Then proceed with completing further details

Joining an existing company:

Before using the platform you need to assign your account to a company.

Search for the company you want to join, however if your company does not exist in DeepStream please skip to this section.

Select the existing company, update the fields with your role & a message to the company administrators who will approve your profile.

Once you submit your request, you will see the following:

As soon as your profile is verified, you will receive a notification via email & can begin making requests.

Please refresh the page once your verification is complete.

Creating a new company profile:

If your company is already registered on the platform, you are all set up. Our system will link your email address to your company's account.

If your company is not already registered on the platform, you are required to create a new company profile.

Please note: It is important to avoid creating duplicate companies, please search for your company before creating a new profile

You have the ability to choose if your company acts as a buyer, supplier or both!

Complete all the mandatory fields marked with an * and any other information you are able to provide within:

  1. Company information,

  2. Registered information,

  3. Your personal information,

  4. Profile picture for your company.

Once you have completed the relevant details, please click next and build your company profile:

This company description is optional but as best practice from DeepStream, we recommend you complete it to allow other Buyers to learn about your business through our Network.

The next section to complete is the: Products & Services tags

UNSPSC code: The United Nations Standard Products and Services Code - is a taxonomy of products and services for use in eCommerce. This will help provide greater visibility and transparency for Buyers identifying products.

After you have submitted all your information, you will see this verification notification below:

Once DeepStream have approved your account, you will be all set & can log into your dashboard!

Once your company profile is created you will automatically join the DeepStream Network.

Logging in first time will prompt a product tour to show you around the platform!

Editing your profile once created:

To view your company profile at any point in the platform, please click on 'Profile' along the top bar:

You can click 'edit' on any segment of your profile and make changes, be sure to click 'Save' after any amendment's are made

How to invite team members to work with you:

If you want to work with multiple team members (Or other departments) you’ll need to invite team members to the platform.

Please Note: You need to be an administrator to invite new Team Members.

To get started inviting new team members head to the navigation bar and click the dropdown arrow on the right. Select manage team.

Press '+Add user' and you will see this pop up:

Input the user's email address:

  • If the user you want to add to the company already exists in DeepStream, no further approval is needed

  • If the user is new to DeepStream, they will be sent an email invite & will need to verify their account

If you are inviting someone to join DeepStream, an 'invited' icon will appear by their email address:

You the new user's role out of:

  • Full user - All company and request permissions are available

  • Authorised Stakeholder - Limited company & request permissions

Permissions: You can manage the toggle between yes & no per permission

To finish, click add user and they will receive an email notification.
