Ways to Create a New User Account

  1. Email Invite: Click the link on your email invite from DeepStream support to go to the account creation page.

  2. DeepStream Homepage: Login > Create Account. Complete the fields with your email address and password.

  3. Click here.

  4. Verify your email address by clicking the link in the verification email before proceeding to join an existing company or creating a new company profile.

  5. Upon completion, you can log into the platform.

  6. Select your preferred language.

  7. Review and accept the Terms of Service.

  8. Proceed with completing further details.

✏️ Please Note: The verification email will come from support@deepstreamtech.com; check your Junk or Spam box. If not received, click 'send again.'

Joining an Existing Company

Before using the platform, assign your account to a company.

  1. Search for the desired company.

  2. Select the company, update fields with your role and a message to company administrators.

  3. Upon submission, you'll receive a notification via email once your profile is verified.

💡 Important: Please refresh the page once your verification is complete.

Creating a New Company Profile

  1. If your company is registered, your email will link automatically; if not you can create a new company profile. To avoid creating duplicate companies; search before creating.

  2. Choose if your company acts as a buyer, supplier, or both.

  3. Complete mandatory fields and provide additional information within:

    • Company Information

    • Registered Information

    • Your Personal Information

    • A profile picture

  4. After submission, a verification notification will appear.

  5. Once approved by DeepStream, you can log into your account.

Top Tip: This company description is optional but as best practice from DeepStream, we recommend you complete it to allow other Buyers to learn about your business through our Network.

💡 Important: UNSPSC code: The United Nations Standard Products and Services Code - is a taxonomy of products and services for use in eCommerce. This will help provide greater visibility and transparency for Buyers identifying products.

💡 Important: Please refresh the page once your verification is complete.

Editing Your Profile Once Created

  1. Click Profile along the top bar to view your company profile.

  2. Click Edit on any section, make changes, and click Save.

How to Invite Team Members

Head to the navigation bar, click the dropdown arrow in the top right corner where your initials are, and select Manage Team.

Press + Add User and input the user's email address.

  1. If the user exists, no further approval is needed.

  2. If new, they'll receive an email invite and must verify their account.

  3. An 'invited' icon will appear for new users.

  4. Choose the user's role and permissions.

  5. Click Add User and they'll receive an email notification.

✏️ Please Note: Anyone with Manage Team permissions can invite team members. All Super users have this ability, for Full users, this is changeable.
