There is a persistent help chat button on every page of the DeepStream platform in the bottom right corner and is powered by Intercom.
You can click on this button at any time if you have a question or require support on the platform.
You can enter as many support requests as you need.
If you would prefer to be contacted by phone, please specify this and the best number to contact you on.
- How do you use the help chat button -
Click on the blue Help chat button.
Type in your question or query.
A member of our customer success team will respond to you in the same chat icon.
