What is the Help Chat Button
The help chat button is a persistent feature present on every page of the DeepStream platform, located in the bottom right corner and powered by our chat service provider, Intercom.
It serves as a direct link for users to seek assistance or ask questions while navigating the platform.
If you prefer phone contact, specify this preference along with the best contact number.
How to Use the Help Chat Button
Locate the blue Help chat button on the bottom right of the page.
Click on the button to open the chat interface.
Type in your question or query within the chat.
You will first be greeted by Fin, our AI-powered chatbot. We use AI to help best solve user problems ASAP. However, if you get stuck, there will always be a member of the customer success team on the other end of the chat should you need assistance.
