- What are Supplier Lists -
Supplier Lists allow you (a buyer) to create lists of the suppliers that you have invited to or found on the platform.
Once you start inviting suppliers to the platform a my suppliers list will be automatically generated, and will include all suppliers that you have invited. You are able to build additional Supplier Lists, as you see fit, organising suppliers into helpful buckets.
⚡Top Tip: Organise your suppliers by frequently issued types of Requests, or keep track of approved suppliers by grouping them together
Supplier Lists are a great tool to help you engage with regular suppliers in a more efficient way. Plus, ensures that you are always inviting the right (and total list of) suppliers to participate in each Request - removing the opportunity for manual error.
- How to create a Supplier List -
To create a Supplier List log on to DeepStream and select the Network link in the navigation bar at the top of your screen.
On the left hand side of your page, under the search bar there is a Lists section. To create a new Supplier List, select add list. Enter a name for your Supplier List and click save.
To add suppliers to a list, search the company name in the Search bar. When the company name appears, click add to list and select which Supplier List you would like to add the company to.
To remove a supplier from a list, search the company name in the Search bar. When the company name appears, click where it says how many lists it is added to (e.g 1 list, 2 lists) and uncheck the Supplier List you would like to remove it from.
You can edit the name of or delete a Supplier List by clicking the Pencil icon. If you would like to change the List name, click the text box where the text you want to change is.
If you want to delete a Supplier List, click the bin icon.
