What is the Drive

  • DeepStream's Drive serves as a dedicated space to upload and store company files and documents.

  • Documents can be kept internally or shared on your company profile.

  • No limit exists on the number of documents you can add, and you can set expiry dates for time-sensitive documents.

How to Add Documents to the Drive

  1. Navigate to the Drive tab at the top of the page.

  2. Click Add Documents and select the file you wish to upload.

  3. In the Add Document pop-up window, enter a name and an optional description.

  4. Optionally, set an expiry date for time-sensitive documents.

  5. Choose visibility by checking the internal or public box.

✏️ Please Note: If a document is set as Internal, only your Team members on the platform will be able to view it. If it is set as public, all companies on the Network will be able to view and download the document.

How to Manage Your Drive

To edit documents, go to your Drive.

  1. For bulk actions (download and delete), select relevant documents and click More actions.

  2. To edit the details of an existing document click the Edit button with the pencil icon to begin editing..

  3. After making changes, click Save and choose further actions like download or delete.

How to Access the Drive's Audit Trail

The History tab on the top bar shows an audit trail of all activity related to the documents in your drive. You can export this into a CSV file by clicking on Download CSV.

✏️ Please Note: Documents marked as internal are only viewable by your team members, while public documents can be viewed and downloaded by all companies on the Network.
