Creating an RFx often means bringing together requirements, specifications and stakeholder input from multiple documents before manually building an event.
The AI RFx Generation Assistant analyses buyer-provided source documents and proposes a structured first draft of the sourcing event inside DeepStream.
It can extract the event purpose and scope, propose logical sections, draft supplier questions, identify pricing and evidence requirements and suggest evaluation content. The buyer reviews and edits the output before the event is launched.
Creating a Request using AI RFx Generation Assistant
Log in to DeepStream.
Navigate to the Requests module.
Switch to the Drafts folder on the left side.
Click the blue AI button in the bottom-right corner.
Insert your input to the AI RFx Generation Assistant tool:
Documents – Drag and drop up to 3 individual files, or upload ZIP files containing up to 5 documents each (maximum 15 documents in total).
A prompt – Describe the sourcing event you want to create.
Documents and a prompt – Combine supporting documents with additional instructions for more tailored results.
Once your inputs are ready, click Create RFx.
