Creating Your Account and Logging In to DeepStream

You may have already received (or will soon receive) an email invitation from DeepStream. This email contains a unique, secure link that associates your new account with your company’s DeepStream environment, making it the easiest and most common way to get started.

Creating Your Account from an Email Invitation

  1. Check your inbox for an email invitation from DeepStream.

  2. Open the invitation email from DeepStream.

  3. Click the sign-up link provided in the message.

  4. Enter the same email address that received the invitation and select Continue.

  5. Create a strong password and click Create account.

  6. You may be prompted to verify your email address. If so, return to your inbox, open the verification email from DeepStream, and click the verification link to continue.

  7. Sign in to DeepStream. You will automatically be taken to the company environment to which you were invited.

Alternative Sign-Up

If you have not received or cannot locate your invitation email, you can create an account directly at https://auth.deepstreamtech.com/u/signup.

  • Complete the sign-up process using your work email address.

  • If you have already been invited to DeepStream, you will automatically be placed in the appropriate company environment after signing in.

  • If you have not yet been invited, you may request access to your company during sign-up. Your request must be approved by a Super User within your organisation before you can access the company environment.

Logging In

  1. At https://auth.deepstreamtech.com/u/login enter your email address and press Enter or select Continue.

  2. Enter your password and click Log in.

  3. If required by your company’s security policy, complete the verification step by entering the code provided.
