✅ Add and configure stage approvals on request templates including approver users
This feature will enable buyers to add stage approvals on request templates so that these are preconfigured when creating new requests.
Enabling this feature will involve the following:
Extending templates to allow individual users to be added with granular permissions.
Supporting the addition of approval requests in a non-issued state, so that these can be added for upcoming stages in advance and then issued later.
Extending templates to allow approval requests to be added and configured.
Ensuring that when a user’s company role changes or they are removed from the team, that they are removed or replaced on any dependent templates, requests, and non-issued approvals.
Approval requests at this stage of the roll out only provide a record and do not prevent actions, users will be warned when taking an action where an approval request for the related stage is incomplete. This will ensure no disruption in production should request approvers have not followed process properly.
