✅ Allow partial submissions via "Submit line items with Excel" flow
This feature will ensure suppliers can still upload an Excel sheet to submit their bid even if they do not need to submit responses for all line items.
The review step of the import flow will clearly show the following:
How many line items are complete and ready for import
How many line items have 1 or more errors and will not be imported
How many line items are completely blank and will not be imported
Line items which are completely blank will not show any errors
Users will be not prevented from proceeding with the import regardless or errors and blank line items, but only line items which are fully complete and ready for import will be imported.
📄 Pre-qual - support for optional buyer-uploaded files to any question type
This feature will enable buyers to upload 1 or more files as part of a pre-qualification question which suppliers can see and download alongside the question.
Documents can be uploaded as part of any question type.
To enable supplier acceptance, documents can be uploaded as part of a “multiple choice” type question with responses of “Accept” or “Reject”.
🐛 Bug fixes
Fix to ensure that “Questionnaire reminder” emails do not get sent when a questionnaire is obsolete.
Fix to ensure the label for the total cost field “Type” accurately reflects that “Suppliers will submit a single price into the field” where “Price” type is selected.
