📄 Excel export for “All requests” reporting view

  • We’ve added a way to export data from the grid of the “All requests” view in Excel format with full control over what gets included.

  • A new Download XLSX button is now available on the right-hand side of the grid config bar, next to the Expand view button.

  • Download configuration modal - Clicking the button opens a modal allowing users to choose:

    • Visible data only – exports only the rows and columns currently visible in the grid, respecting all filters and visibility settings.

    • All available data – exports all data the user has permission to see, regardless of visibility in the grid.

  • Additional options

    • Data respects high-level filters (e.g. “Requests you own”, parent/child company selection).

    • Selected currency will be reflected in the export.

  • The generated Excel file will be well-formatted by default with frozen panes, styles to improve readability, and cell formatting based on data types.

🔓 Support for company-level 2FA using authenticator

  • On request, we can enable 2FA for all users at a company using the "Authenticator App" method.

  • This will enable companies to ensure their users sign in using a more secure method.

  • Users will set up an app (e.g., Google Authenticator, 1Password) to generate a Time-Based One-Time Password (TOTP), which they will enter when logging into DeepStream.

  • When enabled, all users belonging to the company and those newly added must use 2FA to log in.

🐛 Bug fixes and small improvements

  • [Requests] Fix for an issue which could block awarding or closing a request where a supplier has not moved into a stage and has locks which have not been unlocked.

  • [Requests] Fix to ensure that the correct error or success message logo and colour appears for the bulk supplier file download feature on the Suppliers table.

  • [Request and Contracts] A note is shown in file document audit trail to clarify that file downloads before 28 Feb 2025 are not included. This note only appears for files uploaded before this date, to ensure it only appears when relevant.
