📄 Updated Request audit trail format with Excel and “event-per-row” format

  • The Request audit trail report is now generated in Excel (XLSX) format, meaning it can be opened directly in Excel without the need for import or conversion.

  • The file will include 2 different sheets with the report data in different formats:

    • Property per row

      • Each row represents a unique property in the audit trail so multiple rows can represent a single event.

      • Events and properties are numbered and output by date from earliest to latest.

    • Event per row

      • Each row represents an event in the audit trail and each column represents a unique property of the event.

      • Some properties are common to all events and others are event-specific.

      • There is also a single column of combined event-specific properties for ease of reference.

  • These different formats will help ensure users can more easily filter and sort the audit trail according to the data they need to see.

  • The Excel file is formatted for ease-of-use and navigation, with different text styles, frozen panes, and filters.

↕️ “Move to position” function for quickly reordering questions within Questionnaires

  • A new menu option is available for questions on Pre-qualification Questionnaires.

  • The “Move to position...” option will allow the user to specify an exact position to move a question to.

  • This will help users reorder questions more quickly, avoiding the need to move questions one-by-one up or down.

:wrench: Improved support for large requests with many edits

  • Removed a limitation in our database that prevented users from making changes to a request once the total request data exceeded 16 MB.

  • This primarily affects large requests with many suppliers / exchanges where buyers issue multiple revisions.

🐛 : Bug fixes and small improvements

  • Fix to ensure “Page not found” loads where a public company page is loaded without a valid company ID.

  • Fix to reduce the padding on the “Total cost” column of the request line items comparison view.

  • Fix to ensure the content of the “Price per unit” column of the request line items comparison view is right-aligned since it is a price.

  • Fix to ensure that the navigation / save footer on draft requests and revisions always appears above all other content on the page, even when scrolling.

  • Fix to ensure that links which scroll to a particular area of the page function as expected, particularly on full-screen multi-step flows.
