The purpose of this article is to explain


- What is the Collaborator Company feature -

The Collaborator Company feature allows you to add third party companies to a Request. Users from other companies will be able to support you with building and managing a live Request as a Team Member from your own company could.

There is no limit to the number of collaborator companies that can be added. Companies are considered full users and billed to the account accordingly.


- How to add a collaborator company to your Request -

To add a collaborator to your Request, open the relevant Request.

From the Team Tab, click add collaborator on the left hand side bar to find the company name you would like to add to the Request and assign them a role.

In the Team tab add at least 1 team member from each collaborator company by clicking add user.

Set the visibility permissions for each of the users under the Team tab for each of the Pages you have created.

✏️ Note: All Collaborator users receive full support from the team at DeepStream and will be given a 30min Collaborator Onboarding Consultation.
