What is the Help Chat Button?
The Help Chat button - powered by our chat partner, Intercom - is always available on every page of DeepStream. You’ll find it in the bottom-right corner.
This button gives you a direct line to ask questions or get support as you explore the platform.
How to Use the Help Chat Button
Find the blue Help Chat button in the bottom-right corner of the page.
Click the button to open the chat window.
Type your question or message into the chat.
You’ll first meet Fin, our AI-powered assistant, designed to quickly help with common questions. If Fin can’t resolve your issue, a member of our Customer Success team is always ready to step in and assist you.
Got a question or need clarification? Send us a message by clicking the Help chat button in the bottom right - our AI assistant, FIN, will help you right away, and connect you to our team if needed.
